Bartlit Beck partners Adam Mortara, John Hughes, and Ashley Keller are representing Texas in its redistricting trial in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. On January 17, Adam Mortara opened for Texas. The firm is trying the case with three lawyers from the Texas Office of the Attorney General.
