Representative Matters

Elsa joined the firm following clerkships with Judge Daniel D. Domenico of the United States District Court for Colorado and Judge Allison H. Eid of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Elsa received her law degree from Yale Law School, her master’s degree from the University of Cambridge, and her undergraduate degree from Columbia University.

Williams International v. Ducommun Inc.(C.D. Cal)
Trial counsel for Ducommun in a case arising from a fire that damaged a manufacturing facility in Guaymas, Mexico, where two aerospace engineering companies conducted operations. Williams claims damages based on theories of negligence and negligent hiring and supervision.
