Grace Kavinsky is a litigator with a broad range of experience in high-stakes matters.  Before joining Bartlit Beck in 2025, Grace worked as an associate at a premier New York law firm and clerked for the Honorable Julie Rikelman on the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.  She earned her degree at Stanford Law School, where she received prizes for her performance in several courses, including both Federal Litigation and Federal Courts. Her writing on state constitutional law has been published in the Stanford Law Review.
