Represented Federal Signal at trial of product liability claims made by firefighters who allege that they have noise-induced hearing loss from exposure to sirens.  Obtained jury verdict in favor of Federal Signal.

In re Parmalat (S.D. New York)
Defending global accounting organization in action alleging counts of fraud against one of its member firms.  Hired to try case five months before trial.  Resolved through favorable settlement for the client.

JPMorgan v. IDW and Patrik Edsparr (S.D. New York)
Represented hedge fund in dispute involving post-employment obligations of former employee.  Resolved through favorable settlement for the client.
