Bartlit Beck Wins Complete Defense Verdict in Jury Trial Brought by Firefighters Against Federal Signal

Bartlit Beck just finished a 5-week jury trial in Chicago involving over 70 witnesses for Federal Signal Company. Twenty-seven Chicago firefighters sued Federal Signal alleging that its sirens caused hearing loss. After deliberating for only two hours, the jury returned a complete defense verdict for Federal Signal.
