Hall and Swift Prevail in Federal Circuit for Sikorsky Against DOJ

Bartlit Beck partners Jeff Hall and Kate Swift have prevailed for Sikorsky in the Department of Justice's appeal of Sikorsky's 2013 trial victory in a government contract dispute. On December 10, 2014, the Federal Circuit issued a published decision affirming the judgment for Sikorsky on the merits.
