Trial team for Hewlett-Packard in the damages phase of litigation relating to Oracle’s decision to no longer port new Oracle software products to HP’s Itanium line of server products.  The jury returned a $3 billion verdict in favor of our client HP and rejected Oracle’s counterclaims. Counsel for Bayer in nationwide product liability litigation alleging personal injuries caused by the oral contraceptives YAZ and Yasmin. MDL in the Southern District of Illinois and coordinated proceedings in California, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Represented Defendant Johnson Controls, Inc. in a patent infringement action regarding foam molding technology used in automotive seat manufacturing in the Eastern District of Michigan.  Case has settled.

Represented Defendant Johnson Controls, Inc. in a patent infringement action regarding safety bolts used in automotive seat manufacturing in the Western District of Wisconsin. 

SecNet Holding, LLC v. Potash et al.
Represented private equity firm in breach of contract dispute concerning purchase agreement in Delaware Chancery Court.  Case has settled.
