2025 Year In Review
As the year draws to a close, we are proud to reflect on the work, results, and achievements that defined our firm in 2025.
Throughout the year, our teams have handled high-stakes litigation matters across the country, representing clients in some of their most important disputes. Our work was recognized with multiple Tier 1 rankings from Chambers, Benchmark Litigation, Legal 500, and LMG Life Sciences, and we had the honor of being named the Benchmark Litigation Illinois Firm of the Year and the Benchmark Litigation Colorado Firm of the Year.
We also welcomed eight new associates to the firm (Grace Kavinsky, Victoria Kalumbi, Logan Kiefer, Mary Kate Landman, Jacqueline O’Brien, Alana Siegel, Connor Sletten, and Rachel Smith) and celebrate the elevation of five attorneys to partner effective, January 1, 2026 (Jessica Bernhardt, Eric Dement, Alexandra Genord, Noor-ul-ain (Noor) Hasan, and Katerina Kokkas), reflecting our continued investment in talent and leadership.
A few standout moments from the year include:
➤ Securing an appellate court victory for PwC
➤ Obtaining a $314.6 million verdict in a landmark class action against Google
➤ Obtaining a complete trial victory for Brunswick Corporation where plaintiffs sought tens of millions of dollars in damages
➤ Securing a favorable outcome for Walgreens after a jury failed to reach a unanimous verdict following a two-month trial where plaintiffs sought more than $1 billion in damages
➤ Securing an appellate court victory, safeguarding Viasat’s key intellectual property rights
