Noor represents clients in complex, high-stakes litigation matters, including serving as trial counsel in two arbitrations. She has experience in various commercial disputes, including employee benefits, employment law, intellectual property, and professional liability.

Noor joined Bartlit Beck following judicial clerkships with Judge Robert L. Wilkins on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Judge Matthew F. Kennelly on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Prior to her clerkships, Noor served as a Bartlit Beck Diversity Fellow. She earned her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was elected Editor-in-Chief of the California Law Review, and her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University.

Before law school, Noor worked at Allstate Insurance Company as a management consultant for Allstate Management Consulting Services and as a licensed diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist on Allstate's Inclusive Diversity team.

Appvion, Inc. Retirement Savings and Employee Stock Ownership Plan v. PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (Outagamie County, WI)
Trial counsel for PwC in case related to allegedly inflated valuations of the Appvion Employee Stock Ownership Plan. Plaintiff alleged PwC and others schemed to inflate the value of Appvion at the expense of its employee-owners. Successfully moved to dismiss all claims against PwC. Plaintiff’s appeal of the trial court’s dismissal order remains pending.

Trial counsel in arbitration stemming from a partnership dispute at a private equity firm.

Trustees of the United Mine Workers of America 1992 Benefit Plan v. CONSOL Energy Inc., et al. v. DuPont & RWE (D.D.C.)
Counsel for Third-Party Defendant RWE, a German multinational energy company, in a retiree health benefits dispute arising under the federal Coal Industry Retiree Health Benefit Act. Successfully obtained dismissal of all claims against RWE.

Align Technology v. SmileDirectClub, False Advertising Case (N.D. Cal.)
Bartlit Beck represents Align in a case asserting claims against SDC on the ground that SDC is lying to consumers about the level of supervision dentists and orthodontists provide to patients in SDC’s business.

Trial counsel for a medical supplies manufacturer in matter stemming from a contractual dispute. At the hearing, conducted the examination of a key fact witness.
