Bartlit Beck Obtains Complete Trial Victory for Brunswick Corporation

Hamilton Hill, Reid Bolton, Lee Mason, Jessica Bernhardt, and Noor Hasan (working closely with our co-counsel from Sidley) secured a victory for our client, Brunswick Corporation, in the Superior Court in Delaware. Plaintiffs in the matter brought claims including breach of contract and fraud, and sought tens of millions in damages as well as attorneys’ fees and punitives. After a three-week bench trial and post-trial briefing, the Court ruled in favor of Brunswick on every claim, finding it not liable and therefore awarding the Plaintiffs no damages.
