Bartlit Beck Secures Complete Appellate Victory for Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation

Sean Gallagher, Andrew MacNally, Dan McElroy, and Gabe Levin secured an important appellate victory for our client, Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation, in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Southern District, following our trial win in the same case. Plaintiffs brought claims including negligence and punitive damages, alleging that Sundstrand's former manufacturing facility in Camdenton, Missouri contaminated the local drinking water supply. Our trial team, which included Michael Nance and Katie Kokkas, won a complete defense verdict for Sundstrand following a three-week jury trial. Plaintiffs appealed, and the Missouri Court of Appeals affirmed the trial court's judgment in full.
