Bartlit Beck Secures Complete Appellate Court Victory for PwC

Christopher Landgraff, Daniel Taylor, Mark Levine, and Alexandra Genord secured an important victory for our client, PwC, in the Nevada Supreme Court. The Supreme Court affirmed PwC’s February 2023 trial win across the board, affirming a complete defense judgment in the accounting malpractice suit along with the award of PwC’s attorneys’ fees and costs. In addition to affirming the complete defense victory, the Nevada Supreme Courts affirmed the enforceability of the terms and conditions contained in PwC’s standard engagement letter.
