Bartlit Beck Secures Complete Trial Victory for PwC

Chris Landgraff, Mark Levine, Katharine Roin, Daniel Taylor, Rob Addy, and Alexandra Genord, along with co-counsel from Snell & Wilmer, obtained a complete defense judgment for our client PwC in a malpractice suit alleging professional negligence by PwC relating to a transaction in which the Tax Court later found that the plaintiff should have paid taxes. The plaintiff was seeking over $18M in damages. After a nine-day bench trial, the court rejected the plaintiff’s claims and ruled in PwC’s favor.
