Noor joined Bartlit Beck as a full-time associate in 2022. Before joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable Robert L. Wilkins on the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and for the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. In 2020, Noor was a Bartlit Beck Summer Fellow.  She completed her undergraduate degree at Northwestern University and her law degree at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.  Prior to law school, Noor worked at Allstate Insurance Company in the Leadership Development Program, where she was a management consultant for Allstate Management Consulting Services and a licensed diversity, equity, and inclusion strategist on Allstate's Inclusive Diversity team.
