Bartlit Beck Wins Eleventh Circuit Appeal for Bayer

Kate Swift, Kaspar Stoffelmayr, and Luke Beasley secured an appellate victory for Bayer Healthcare Pharmaceuticals Inc. in the Eleventh Circuit. The court ruled for Bayer in the appeal brought by a couple who alleged insufficient warning of birth control stroke risk. The appeal, argued by Kate Swift, followed a summary judgment win by the Bartlit Beck team in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.
