In re Teflon Products Liability Litigation (2009)
Sean Gallagher and Kaspar Stoffelmayr secured the final dismissal, with prejudice, of all claims asserted in these putative class actions against DuPont. The plaintiffs had alleged consumer fraud and other claims based on the purchase of cookware coated with DuPont nonstick coatings, and at one point stated they would seek $5 billion in damages.
