Four Bartlit Beck Partners Named 2013 BTI Client Service All-Stars
BARTLIT BECK ATTORNEYS NAMED BTI CLIENT SERVICE ALL-STARS
Phil Beck, Don Scott, Hamilton Hill and Eric Olson were named Client Service All-Stars in the BTI Consulting Group's 2013 annual listing of attorneys "who drive superior client relationships."
Only a small number of attorneys (and less than 100 litigators) from across the nation were named to this year’s list. Bartlit Beck was one of just a handful of firms with four or more attorneys selected.
Law firms and outside attorneys cannot submit nominations, supply client names or otherwise influence the results. Attorneys are identified solely through client feedback, and the only way to be included on the list is to be nominated by a client in an unprompted manner.
This award is given to those who deliver “the absolute best client service,” particularly based on the following factors:
- Client focus;
- Exceptional understanding of the client’s business;
- Outsized value;
- Legal skills; and
- Outstanding results
Law360 called the litigators on the list the “cream of the crop,” and noted that the attorneys on the list “deliver solid outcomes, effectively communicate litigation strategy and prioritize their clients’ business interests.” Click for article.
