Bartlit Beck’s Colibri Heart Valve Win Among the Daily Journal’s Top Verdicts of 2023

The Daily Journal named a win for our client, Colibri Heart Valve, among its list of “Top Verdicts of 2023.” In this patent infringement case, the jury returned a verdict, finding that Medtronic CoreValve LLC induced infringement of Colibri's patent and failed to prove that the claims of the patent in question were invalid. The jury awarded $106.5 million in damages.
