Bartlit Beck Secures Complete Appellate Victory for Brunswick Corporation

Hamilton Hill, Reid Bolton, Lee Mason and Jessica Bernhardt secured an important appellate victory for our client, Brunswick Corporation, in the Delaware Supreme Court. Plaintiffs had brought claims including breach of contract and fraud, seeking tens of millions in damages as well as attorneys’ fees and punitive damages. In January 2025, our team led the three week bench trial in Superior Court in Wilmington, and the Court ruled in favor of Brunswick on every claim. Plaintiffs appealed to the Delaware Supreme Court, and Hamilton Hill argued for Brunswick. The Delaware Supreme Court affirmed the Superior Court’s judgment.
