Courtroom View Network (CVN) named a win for our client, Monsanto, among its list of “Top 10 Most Impressive Defense Verdicts of 2023.” In this products liability case, the Plaintiff alleged that Monsanto’s herbicide Roundup causes non-Hodgkin lymphoma. After a six-week trial, the jury returned a complete defense verdict.
