Bartlit Beck Wins Two Large Trials In Denver

Bartlit Beck won back-to-back trial victories for our clients in a case brought against them by the founder of a group of privately held oil and gas companies. Won a complete defense verdict in the jury trial (where the plaintiff sought $800 million in damages), and then a few months later defeated the remaining claims in a bench trial (where the plaintiff sought $400 million in compensation).
